Cancellation Policy – Bhaiya Ji

This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which users may cancel or reschedule services booked through the Bhaiya Ji platform. By booking a service, you agree to comply with this policy.
2. Cancellation by User
Users may cancel a confirmed booking through the Bhaiya Ji platform. However, cancellation requests are subject to applicable charges depending on the timing of the cancellation and the status of the service.
3. Cancellation Charges
Cancellations made after booking confirmation may attract a standard cancellation fee
If a service partner has already been assigned or has started traveling to the service location, higher cancellation charges may apply
If the service has already commenced, the full service fee may be charged
All applicable cancellation charges are mandatory and must be paid by the user
4. No-Show Policy
If the user is unavailable at the scheduled service location or fails to respond at the agreed time, it will be treated as a “No-Show,” and cancellation charges will be applicable accordingly.
5. Rescheduling Policy
Users may request to reschedule a booking, subject to service partner availability
Repeated or last-minute rescheduling may result in additional charges
Bhaiya Ji does not guarantee availability for rescheduled time slots
6. Cancellation by Service Partner
In the event a service partner cancels due to unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances, Bhaiya Ji will make reasonable efforts to arrange a replacement or reschedule the service at no additional cost to the user.
7. Refunds
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe through the original payment method
Any cancellation charges or service fees already incurred will be non-refundable
8. Policy Enforcement
Bhaiya Ji reserves the right to enforce cancellation charges and recover dues in case of non-payment. Failure to comply may result in suspension or restriction of user access to the platform.
9. Modifications to Policy
Bhaiya Ji reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
By booking and using services on Bhaiya Ji, you acknowledge and agree that cancellation charges, if applicable, are binding and must be paid without exception.
